Shipments are not guaranteed to go out on the same business day. Most time we can make it happen if the part is pulled out and ready to ship. Cut off for same-day shipping when available is by 2:30 PM eastern standard time. Freight parts may take longer to process. We ask you to contact us before making your order if your part will be shipped via Freight.

Additional fees apply for oversize parts and crating charges. Price changes depending on each part. please contact us if you are in need of a freight quote. Parts that need to be on a crate may take additional time to process.

We insured all our packages over $500. Insurance is an additional cost of 1% of the value of the part. (i.e. $1,000.00 in parts is = to $10.00)

UPS, USPS, R+L Carriers. Note: Buyers are welcome to make their own shipping arrangements or provide an account number for an order to be shipped. We only ship in the USA. No international shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have generated a shipping label for you, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Altair Aircraft LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, Shopify maintains your Order Information for record-keeping purposes unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
